Perfect for a group of families to all feel as though they have their own space. All bedrooms also have a private inland facing balcony. After a long day enjoying the beach you can rinse off in the outdoor shower then enjoy dinner on the covered deck or watching the waves go by in the dining room. Ocean Isle Beach is the perfect getaway for people of all ages. During high season there are FREE Friday Night Concerts at the Town Center Park. OIB also has mini golf, an arcade, wine slushies and so much more for all to enjoy.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Hey Guys! My name is Brandon, and my wife's name is Amy. We are the McSwains! This house is very special to us. This house is Nana's Cabana in tribute to my wife's mother Nancy (who all of our kids/her grandkids) called Nancy "Nana" Nancy was a spitfire of a lady, always with a quick wit and truly hilarious "zingers" for everyone. She served as a Nurse in the United States Air force and spent her entire career and life dedicated to helping those sick, hurting and in need. "Fancy Nancy" as I referred to her, loved her family so fiercely and without hesitation. A few years ago we found out she was diagnosed with Parkinson's. She fought the disease for years with all of us by her side, and never lost her wit or her sense of humor through it all. Her greatest joy was her kids, and her grandkids (of which there are 6 of them under 5 years old currently). Last year Nancy (Nana) lost her battle with Parkinsons. We bought this house as a place for her kids and grandkids to grow up and old together sharing adventures to the beach, discovering new things, and spending quality time with each other. Hence the name: "Nanas Cabana" We hope that you love this very special place as much as we do, and we can't wait to share our families magical place with you.
